A Whole House Flip, Filmed as It Happens
This flip came to us needing everything, and right now it is stripped back to the studs: framing, rough plumbing and electrical, and every fix the house has been waiting years for. The walkthrough is our own phone footage from the day demolition finished.
We post the progress as we go, and the finished jobs live in the portfolio.
Since 2021, in and Around Raleigh
Obsidianwise remodels, renovates and repairs homes and commercial spaces in Raleigh and the towns around it. The work runs from a leaking pipe or a cracked tile through to a full gut remodel: kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, painting, drywall, carpentry and decks.
Small problems around a house rarely stay small. A leaking pipe, a cracked tile or a drafty window turns into water damage, structural wear and higher bills, and it costs less to deal with early. We look at the whole job before we quote it.
