Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of this website. They do not set the terms of any work Obsidianwise carries out for you. Those are agreed separately, in writing, before work starts.
What is on this site
We describe the services we offer and the kind of work we do. Descriptions are there to help you understand the job, not to form a contract. Every property is different, and what a job actually needs is settled after we have looked at it.
Prices and quotes
Nothing on this site is a fixed price or a binding offer. Any figure we discuss becomes a quote only when we put it in writing for your specific job, and a quote can change if what we find on site differs from what was described.
Contacting us through the site
Sending a form does not create an agreement between us, and it does not book anything. It starts a conversation. We will get back to you, and anything we agree will be confirmed directly.
Please give us accurate details. If we call the wrong number or drive to the wrong address, that costs us both time.
Photographs and content
The text, photographs and layout of this site belong to Obsidianwise. Photographs of completed work show jobs we have carried out. Please do not copy them for your own website or listings.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control that site and are not responsible for what it says or does.
Availability
We try to keep this site up and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors. If something here looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NC.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version appears here with a new date at the top.
